About Me
I’m Nicola, an integrative humanistic counsellor working with adults, teenagers, and young people.
I offer face to face counselling in Buckinghamshire and online sessions across the UK.

My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within a safe, trusting relationship.
I aim to offer a calm, respectful space where you can explore your experiences openly, without judgement or pressure.

My Way of Working
I work integratively, with a strong person centred foundation. This means the relationship we build together is central to the work we do. I focus on understanding your experiences from your perspective and supporting you at a pace that feels right for you.

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Each person brings their own history, values, and ways of coping. Drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches allows me to work flexibly and responsively, shaping counselling around you and what you need.
What You Can Expect from Counselling
Counselling with me is collaborative. You won’t be told what to do or expected to have all the answers. My role is to listen carefully, reflect with you, and support you in developing greater understanding of yourself and your experiences.

Some people come to counselling with a clear focus, while others arrive feeling unsure or overwhelmed. Both are equally welcome. We can take time to explore what feels most helpful for you.
Qualifications and Professional Practice
I am a qualified integrative humanistic counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My training provides a strong ethical foundation and a wide range of therapeutic skills, allowing me to work safely, thoughtfully, and with care.
