For online counselling sessions, personal information such as your email address is used solely to arrange and conduct sessions via Google Meet.

All personal data is stored securely and handled in line with UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Information is kept only for as long as necessary and then securely deleted.
